Features and uses: Roller abrasion machine is also called abrasion machine. This machine is suitable for testing the wear resistance of elastic materials, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, transmission belts, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather and other materials. High performance, good reproducibility and easy operation. The test method is to measure the abrasion caused by friction of the sample on a certain level of sandpaper under a specified contact pressure and a given area, with the sample and the sandpaper at a certain angle. The sandpaper bag is attached to the surface of the drum, and the sample is pressed tightly on the drum with sandpaper, so that the sample moves laterally along the drum. The wear is generated at one end of the cylindrical sample. The mass loss value of the sample is measured and determined by the tester. Calculate the volumetric wear based on the density of the sample. Comply with B, and requirements.
